and owned by E-read2. They may not be reproduced, copied or modified
in whole or in part without written permission from E-read2.We Read
2 too is a tradename owned by E-read2.
Privacy
E-read2 is committed to protecting the privacy of customers using the
E-read2 web site ("Web Site") and the Reading Program. You
should consult our Privacy and Security Policy for more information
regarding our collection, use and disclosure of information about you.
Content
All worldwide right, title and interest, including, without limitation,
all copyrights, patent rights, trademarks, servicemarks, contract and
licensing rights in and to the Reading Program, text, audio, data, graphics,
images, interfaces, software applications, and all other materials or
information on the Web Site (the "Content") shall remain in
E-read2. You may not copy, transmit, modify, distribute, perform or
create derivative works of the Content, except as provided in this Agreement.
In addition, you agree not to "frame" or "mirror"
any of the Content. If you make unauthorized copies of the Content,
E-read2 may pursue legal action against you. In addition, third parties
that have licensed Content to E-read2 for display on the Web Site may
pursue legal action against you.
Use
of the Web Site
E-read2 will report to law enforcement authorities any actions that
may be considered illegal, and will cooperate fully with law enforcement
agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on the Internet.
E-read2 reserves the right to terminate your access to the Reading Program
for any reason that E-read2 interprets as an abuse of your account.
Notices
and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), (2), notifications
of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to E-read2's designated
copyright agent. If you believe that Content, or portions of Content,
have been copied in any way that constitutes copyright infringement,
please provide the information requested below. Please note that this
procedure is exclusively for notifying E-read2 regarding allegedly infringing
Content published on the Web Site. When providing notice, please provide
the following information:
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act
on behalf of the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed;
A
description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
A
description of the location of the allegedly infringing Content on the
Web Site;
Your
name, address, telephone number and email address; and
A
statement regarding why you believe in good faith that the use of the
copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent,
or law.
